ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY ED BILL RESTS IN THE HANDS OF 38 CONFEREES

Eighteen Democrats and 20 Republicans comprise the conference committee working on H.R.1, the final version of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act reauthorization bill. The Council for Exceptional Children's Legislative Action Center provides sample letters and other information to use when contacting members of Congress on education issues.
