ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY ED BILL RESTS IN THE HANDS OF 38 CONFEREES

Eighteen Democrats and 20 Republicans comprise the conference committee working on H.R.1, the final version of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act reauthorization bill.
